We stress the importance of balancing economic development with social welfare in the empowerment process. Developmental social work focuses on leveraging regional characteristics and promoting social investment, economic policies, and public participation. It aims to accumulate various assets of individuals through productive economic activities, enabling self-determination and driving regional economic growth for overall development.
